Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-In: 4pm. There is no check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your payments have been made, an email with the door code will be sent and resent a week before your stay.
  • Check-Out: 10am
  • No check-ins or check-outs are allowed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.

Property Access

  • Self check-in/check-out is provided. There is no check-in office; you go directly to the cabin.
  • Door code is provided by email after all payments are complete and resent a week before your stay.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age for primary renter: 18 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Pets: Only dogs are allowed. Maximum 2 dogs. A pet fee of $100 per dog applies and is non-refundable. You will need to bring a crate. Pets must not be left at the property alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet(s). If evidence of fleas, damage, or need for additional deep cleaning due to your pet is found, you will be charged for repairs and/or cleaning. Please bring your own sheets/blankets for pets or an additional fee may be charged for extra cleaning due to dog hair and odor.

Fees and Payments

  • Pet fee: $100 per dog (non-refundable, 2-dog maximum)
  • 7 Day Cancellation & Damage Fee: Allows you to cancel your reservation for any reason up to 7 days prior to check-in and receive a full refund (minus the vacay protection fee).
  • Inclement Weather: Some weather conditions can prevent or delay travel; if this occurs, options for canceling or moving your dates are available.
  • Damage Coverage: Covers unintentional accidents up to the amount paid for your damage fee. Damages exceeding this amount or intentional damages will be charged to the credit card on file.

Parking Information

  • Free level parking for two vehicles on a concrete driveway. Easily accessed by vehicle.
